Is there a limit for making Good friend to earn XP?

I have stopped earning XP after making certain number of Good friends (previously used to get 3000XP). So is there is a limit , that we will get 3000XP for adding only a certain number of friends or is it a glitch ??

You get 3000 XP for the 1st level of friend good, there is no limit of XP you should receive from making good friends.
