Incense not spawning any pokemon and scape animation is shown

For 2 months ago, the incense stopped working properly. It doesn’t spawn any pokemon and the scape animation of a pokemon is shown.

I gather your on an Android device?
Go into your device settings and change your Time to Automatic. I strongly suspect it’s turned off as this is a common fault.

I’ve had the Automatic turned of when the device has had a operating system update on Andriod.
