i catch a shiny swablu and by mistake a transfer him to professor…is there a way to get him back???

Nope… Shinies give you an additional screen that ask “Are you sure” so you can’t really have a complaint here…

You could always try to contact Niantic that you accidently transferred your Shiny Pokemon. Hopefully you get your shiny back soon!
