In this moments I have not seen any of them, but it’s just a problem of Niantic. They let spawn the different types of Pokémon as picking them in a list. Maybe you don’t see him for a week, and just the other day you see them at any corner.
Maybe the easiest way will be to find another player near to you and exchange this Pokémon, giving him another he needs.
They are everywhere right now, hope you’ll find one!
