I think Dev team got mad
Am having almost 10 Lugia and 1 shiny
There are yet Some legendries to come like Regi Forms

We have Latios and Latias just now. Lugia was a mistake

And btw I don’t see Lugia anymore. And here just ended a Latios raid.
I think they were already away before you started making this topic.
