Help Desk - Help did new update now can't load

I just did latest update and now the app won’t load it just stays in the white gigantic screen. I texted the help desk but they just said to try the usual dump data and cache, delete and reload game, nothing worked. Everything worked fine before the uodate, no settings were changed . I do have a couple year old droid Maxx phone any techies out there with ideas

You’ve reset the phone as well, correct?

Reset meaning restart.

Yes restarted reloaded all nothing it had to be something in that update from the game itself

Try reinstalling pogo.

  1. Un-install/delete App.
  2. Shutdown Device and Re-boot
  3. Re-install App.
