Help Desk - Game is stuck/frozen

Hello,

I tried to close my Pokémon GO app earlier today, and as soon as I tried closing it my phone rebooted instantly and now my game is stuck like this https://imgur.com/Po8y2cz

My phone is a OnePlus 2 running Android 6.0.1.

I have tried turning my phone off and on again, and I have tried logging out and logging in again, which didn’t fix my problem. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it?

I fixed it by reinstalling the app

Just in case someone having the same problem finds this searching for an answer:

instead of reinstalling the app, deleting app data (NOT app cache!) fixes this as well. I had this several times when my phone rebooted while PoGo was running.
Be aware that in both cases - reinstalling and deleting data - your settings, including battle parties will be gone.
