Personally hope that Go Fest brings Celebi first and that those not travelling get it afterwards

Maybe this leak is actually for Pokemon Go Fest 2011 and Celebi messed about with time and instead for us it will come out in 2028

If Unknown are involved with Celebi Quest, we will get increased spawns of them when it goes live. Much like we did with ghost and Magikarp.

Maybe but ghosts and magikarp are still vaguely findable outside of events while unown are not. It would be a bad idea by niantic to knock out casuals and new players.
