Go To Challenges

I’m a noob here so I apologise if I’m asking a stupid question. But can anyone tell me how to challenge 2 go to challenges? Thank you in advance.

You mean quests? You find them in the lower right corner, above the nearby Pokémon tab

I’ve already completed the challenges. A new Kanto challenger appeared this morning stating j need to challenge 2 Pokémon Go Tour challengers

I just had a Pikachu person pop up!

I think they pop up like Team GO Rocket grunts?

Yes. There take over stops just like Rocket grunts

The whole city was invaded with those Challengers here.
