Initially, I had been discarding the 10,000 km trade tasks, thinking it would be unrealistic to expect them to be completed anytime in the near future.
But thanks to GoHub’s friends megathread, I have several long-distance friends from whose eggs have hatched over a dozen pokemon that I could trade for that. That gives me reasonable hope for getting a shiny zangoose (which I would be quite a bit more pleased to see than another shiny altered form giritina).
