I was hoping for this. This is my best chance to get a better Raikou (one of the few Legendaries that have denied me a great-IV one) and it’s a good Shiny too.

I wont say no to more great IV Raikou to add to my 98% and 93% Maxed out ones. I need to better the 93% 14atk and 91% 15atk that have not been powered up.
