Torterra is my favorite final evolution of starters. Everyone is like “Tangrowth is so much better”! But when Torterra gets access to Frenzy Plant, it will be soooooo much better. Higher damage out put and easier to dodge.
Same opinion is shared.
Grass type is more competitive after gen 4 fully hits.
