Iāve finally done it- I caught a 100 IV Eevee, just a random 76 CP on the side of a road! Iām going to have a perfect Umbreon soon! 
@ShadowWolf Vaporeon and espeon are higher CP, but Umbreon has a higher defense than snorlax, and I would be putting him in gyms. Also, Umbreon is my favorite PokƩmon in the whole series, so it makes sense that my 100 IV should be my favorite! (Not to mention, Umbreon will be amazing against Mewtwo)
