@5GodLink its a terminology issue i think. If by stats you mean the IV’s, then no they dont get raised if you throw stardust at a pokemon. If by stats you mean what changes when you throw stardust at a pokemon, then yes ofcourse they are raising. I could probably describe it in more detail but its late so i dont wanna read more and type more about it.
