And Niantic doesnt discriminate towards Instinct players, they should just base their calculations relatively based on the ammount of accounts
In my city Instinct is the top team loads of times with damage in raids 
Valor usually loses out. much less active raiders. They have some over-active gym people tough. I think 1 of them has 65 golden gym badges now.
I am on valor, and so is most of LA with me.
