Obviously ice type Pokemon are relatively weaker in general.
Articuno and Jynx are still better

With 4Gen Ice gets a bit better
But they dont come even near the sheer power of Mamoswine
Mamoswine, glaceon, weavile
Weavile is wonderful as well
With 4 Gen almost every type gets balanced
