Haha Ex raids arenāt released worldwide yet. Donāt expect too much.
It appears that (from the info iāve gathered) that the main places in the wave were: India, South Korea (fitting, they have an event ATM) New York, Alton (English town) and thatās it. There were a few other random locations that got one for some reason.
I can tell HK isnāt involved in this Ex wave.
Give it time, iām Sure youāll all get one. On the EX passes it says āfield testā. I donāt agree that these field tests are taking so long but we canāt really change anything and will (sadly) have to either wait it out or hope we win the lottery

Lemme introduce a new idea to you guys. Itās time transition apparatus (in item form). This item allows you to shift the time in Pokemon GO. Taking the advantage of this item, you may set the time to midnight for capturing more dark/ghost type Pokemon. Also, raids will be available whatever the time in Pokemon GO is daytime. Even though the actual time in your place is midnight, you may do raids if the time in Pokemon GO is midday.

Well. It should be non-exclusive to other players when you do raids. In additional, the % of receiving this should be similar to pinap berry.
So you could just keep setting them up at night to have raids 24/7
