is your account still shadow banned? I only ask because I got banned on 10/26 for using IV GO and everyone in my raid group got an Ex pass but me. Wondering if a shadowban prohibits you from receiving a pass. Hoping the ban is lifted as well
Iāve been shadowbanned since the 26th September, and itās still there. Not fun at all.
Thats unfortunate, so that means the shadowban is something that is permanent? I can still raid, Im just wondering if being shadow banned means you are no longer eligible for an EX raid pass.
I think the Shadowban can last up to 2 Months, And I Still managed to get an EX pass for Friday.
I see, so there is still hope then. I reset my google password, removed IV Go, and revoked access of all apps from my account, along with sending a Niantic an appeal. I will still continue to raid then, thank you for the insight on the issue, Iāve been playing since launch and this is the first time this has even happened to me.
Yeah, same for me. In my case it was a side effect of my PTC account getting hacked, but hopefully the shadowban fades soon for both of us
Yes lets hope so, especially with a new generation on the horizon. I hope your account gets fixed too!
They informed me that it should go back to normal within 1 to 4 weeks providing they find no trace of 3rd party apps being used or trainer rules being breached.
Iām curious how you guys got shadow bannedā¦ I have an IV app I use and there is 4 people in my group that spoof that havenāt been shadow banned.
Poll summary: the biggest in-Game Issue (according to you) is the lack of new content, then Niantic not communicating properly, then the EX system and Spoofers
@NathanH96 it apparently has something to do with them both being online at the same time. I always assumed that meant the IV miniball and never used it but it appears just using it can trip you up
@TheVukas i also donāt have any legendaries, but good thing is that maybe when trading will come out you will eventually get one 
Tbh I donāt see spoofers as a huge issue. Yes they have an advantage but itās not a huge deal.

When you think about it, all gen 3 has its shiny variant in the game now. a couple of Gen 1s and 1 from Gen 2. WTF Niantc?
Since niantic officially said that HO-OH will appear as an ex raid boss in december we might just se mewtwo in raids since the dogs wont be in december.Hopefully the do and the game gets a little more exciting
Where did you see an official announcement @Valeriano? Last official reference I saw was from John Hanky who said it wasnāt happening in December

Serious Q: Do you think its possible that Niantic will continue this āNew Legendaries every monthā trend after the release of Gen 3 with rotating the Legendary Golems next.
I think its possible but Legendary Beast migrating once a month might just be the way Niantic want to pay homage to the OG Games
