It’s almost time to say goodbye to Deoxys and welcome to a new EX Raid Pokemon for October through December. Many of the trainers I play with and myself believe the next EX Raid Pokemon will be Darkrai (especially with Halloween coming up). Who would you like to see as our next EX Raid Pokemon?
A logical choice would be a Gen 4 Mythical like Darkrai or Arceus.

I dont think arceus Will be an ex raid boss, for he has too many formes

Probably because of that the Ex-raid is the best place to release it. They did the same with Deoxys. I think that way is better then making 18 special research lines to get all the formes.
Unless they don’t release all the forms
