Rayquaza, since I got a perfect IV that’s also a Tiny of it. But I was seriously considering Kyogre as well.
I like groudon…rayquaza is probably second
The most useful I would say is raikou…I use it as my primary electric attacker

Rayquaza followed closely by Lugia.
I want to say Rayquaza, since he’s really one of my favorites, but Kyogre was way more fun to battle. He gave me a serious revive drought. Blizzard Kyogre was kicking my team back then (I missed Raikou and Zapdos raids…so my first poke was a Sceptile). It all paid off in the end…got a 96% one, but I also got a 98% Rayray.
Can I stick with 2?
