Yesterday I went to open a gift to win 03 hearts, and some 02 hearts (+/-)
I activated the Lucky Egg, and opened the presents, being that, they were all missing only one day, it was only me to open and strengthen the friendship …
So it was done, provided the friendship all right, but he deposed, there was no message on the cell phone screen inside the game saying about friendship strengthened, I did not gain Experience, nothing!
Does anyone know what can it be ?

Sometimes it takes time for that screen to pop up. Could be 5 minutes, could be a few hours…

That right… you could have check your XP before you open the present and check it afterwards if a new XP was added due to Friendship Leveling up…
