Go with whichever has the highest attack stat. Machamps value currently is as an attacker

It’s not an app, it’s a website that requires a login. Using it for 18 months without any issues but using it is on your own risk (very much worth it IMO) because of the login, which turns 99% off.
87% is still a very good Machamp. You will mess up some TTars with that.
