I’ll try to contain my excitement at more costume Pokémon. Only Pikachu if 100% or Shiny get to stay.
Not much in the Trade worthy pool for me so it’s good for loading up the Candy Grinder.

I don’t bother whatever is happening in this event. I don’t like costume gimmicks, so I have no interest in getting Pikachu and Slowpoke…


Plus none of the wild spawns are performance specific, so there’s nothing for me to get excited about here !!

Yeah, seems like a mid event to me. Although there’s a lot of Shiny boosted spawns (Slowpoke, Pikachu, Bronzor, Alolan Exeggutor), but I’m not that interested in those to be honest.

This appears to imply that the 3 choices for path in this have no real meaning even for those who bought the pass to the vaguely defined Timed Research.

That’s almost as lame as the reward for this “Paldean Adventure” be just one Lucky Egg and a few XP (for ANOTHER 150 field research tasks completed and 80 km of walking, among several other tasks). Excellent put-off, Niantic…

Yeah, the only really funny and good result for me was to find a Gimmighoul and to have enough coins to evolve him.

I had both my main and my alt pick the Rowlet path this morning, and in the hours since then, neither has seen any Rowlets; not in wild spawns, not in research rewards, not in egg hatches. Seen 2 Snivy and 1 Sudowoodo, but no Rowlet. :laughing:

I found the three necessaries in field researches, none in the wild.

Found random Snivy in the Wild, but not many.
The other 2 all from research.
25Xp for completion parts is very laughable.
