Doubt it since 90% of the population lives in the northern hemisphere.
Perhaps, but there’s still agood chunk of players in South America and Australia that might feel a little strange seeing Fall Form in springtime. 
Great event, Kanto Ninetales is one of the best shinies and I just love Seedling.
