So, my only Gardevior has Charge Beam/Shadow Ball, and charge beam on that thing is OP, it charges super fast, so I am able to get off a Shadow Ball every 5 seconds. Can anyone research this? (Use Dazzling Gleam too, identical to SB, except different type.)

It’s pretty fast, I researched it, but confusion is still way better.
