Help Desk - My character doesn't walk

Hi all, I’m new here.

Well, i was playing before in an iPhone 6S Plus, but i changed to an iPhone 8 Plus, since that moment, I’m having problems with my character, each time i walk; my character doesn’t follow. My GPS is working fine in any other app.

Do you guys know how to solve this?

Set your GPS to the highest accuracy (from your settings).

Other possible fixes could be restarting the phone, uninstalling/reinstalling the app.

I already tried that, I think that iPhone doesn’t have a “high accuracy” option.

And I’ll try again.
