But Synchronoise is a legacy move so if he wants to keep it for obvious collector reasons, he would havevto spend 75k dust to obtain Dazzling Gleam as well

Partly due to circumstances and largely due to the strength of your conviction I tried to duo Rayquaza Sunday evening with my diverse (and only partly maxed-out) teams of Mamoswine, Weavile, and Glaceon, and much to my surprise (and delight) won with about 60 seconds to spare. 
Did 6 T5 raids today and half of them were the same way. (the other half had other people show up).
I still prefer the mildly social aspect of raiding with others; but it’s moderately liberating to win a few Tier Fives without being dependent on others to help.

I agree keeping a legacy Gardevoir is actually a must. Personally I kept my Shiny for that goal, so I can actually use my 100%. That was my idea behind this.

Went on a bit of dust spend tonight.
Added my 96% Shiny Ray to the Maxed out club along with my 98% CD Salamance.
Both of these make my Giratina destroying team.
