For some genetic reason he looks a bit like a kid
Why? As a stunt to break some conventions of the Dutch television.
It is fairly iconic at least for my age group here in NL
He called the police on himself during the video.
Some other things this person presented on television, is showing up at other famous Dutch people’s doorstep to in the middle of the night, to do some activity that the famous person once said “you can wake me up in the middle of the night for this”.
It doesn’t translate very well into English. It’s a Dutch idiom for something you really like to do
