Just looking Internet, and it says the only way to get it is evolving from Dunsparce with 50 candies.
Well, but my Dunsparce don’t show a button to evolve.
Do you need a recent caught Dunsparce to do it?
Just a heads up that this new addition also has 2 forms, one being much rarer than the other. The form that you get from evolving Dunsparce is random, it can be either 2-segment form or 3-segment form dudunsparce. The 3-segment one is much rarer (1/100 odds).
Unfortunately for me, since I cannot stand this pokemon (I don’t even know the reason), I transferred it a while ago when I was having a very difficult time managing my pokemon inventory… Great timing, I know… I had completely forgotten about it, too, only today when I tried entering a showcase I noticed I didn’t have any. Odd! I must have let it go out of spite to make room.
Thanks for the information, and to make my playing-life this way a little bit more diffcult. 
Ah, if you finish the collection with the Lopunny and the one with the bird you get a Dunsparce in both.

Wow, really good, I have now at least 15 evolutions, and still nothing.
My latest registers:
So far, I’ve got the red, blue, white and orange variant in this form. I’m still missing the yellow one.
I’m glad about this one!
I also caught Bombardier from the go pass, which is really nice. I remember trying
to solo a raid to get it a long time ago (last year, I think?), but with no success. I got close, but not close enough. I’ve got better and stronger attackers now, so I like to think the result would be different. Either way, it’s here!
