It is an Up-Grade. You need it to evolve Porygon in Porygon2.
I have one i raided with 5 others. Caught it 967 cp. But hey. Thanks.
I think you have a Porygon but not Porygon2.
Seen Quilava, Magcargo, Foretress and Hitmontop (!)
Seen Chicorita, Yanma, Pineco and Sunkern (obvious) aswell, but those are normally very rare

That is what ment. I have one porygon. One up-grade now. I wish porygon was in wilds. Where i am.
Houndours all over here in lakeland! Hope i catch a shiny one.

It seems shiny Natu, Sunkern & Pineco are common during this event. Lots of people are reporting them!

Natu used to be common here, but during this event they are rare for me… 
Oh. Water pokemon are popping up like crazy. Im not even near water. Caught two magikarps. Ill save one. Because i heard ill need it for a research.
I need to take a bus sams club and walmart to catch pokemon in the parking lot. As well harveys super market way home.
Hope there will be more poke fest later. This is fun! An bad thing… Running out of great balls an ultra balls… u.u ugh…so much fun dont even notice how much pokeballs i have left…

I caught 20 larvitar evoed mine to first stage. So ways to go.
Caught some donphan.
I caught a wild Typhlosion, Meganium, Granbull, Houndoom and a Donphan. Nice event.

Larvitar spawn is definitely increased too especially in partly cloudy, but haven’t seen Pupitar yet
