U have shiny aggron but no shiny bulbasaur

I caught 2 Shiny Bulbasaurs for my daughter during event but got zero for me.
I only marked the ones I currently have, so for example I evolved my only poochyena into a mightyena but I had two shiny duskull and evolved one into dusclops.
the day I got enough candys to get dragonite I saw a dratini on radar and said that I would not evolve it until I got shiny dratini, and guess what.That dratini on radar was a shiny

I checked more then 100 and still dont have one
It’s the 95th. Don’t know how many I caught before the event.
Just got this. Worse IV. It was the 280th.
Funny thing: When I went to Germany, I caught shiny Makuhita, and I’m now on my way back, and I catch shiny Meditite! I should go to Germany more often!
