I cannot believe I caught a shiny galarian Moltres! 
Moltres is my favourite of the three legendary birds and I was so happy when I saw it was a shiny, as they cannot flee so that would improve my chances of actually catching it. It took me all my golden berries (7 or 8) and 1 or 2 silver ones + ultra balls. I didn’t land a single excellent, only a couple of great throws. Still, I caught it! (stats are 15/6/15, which is the best I’ve found among the legendary birds)
So far I’ve got galarian Articuno and Zapdos and a shiny galarian Moltres.
I set Moltres as my buddy and it’s so huge, hovering above me on the map, and the shadow it casts it’s enormous. A beautiful sight!
So, yesterday Moltres and today… Rattata!

In this event I’ve found shiny litleo (very cute, I forgot to post it here) and now slowpoke. I was hoping for another snivy or that pink sloth, but no luck yet!

I don’t post in here all that often as I don’t get excited and care much for Shiny’s but this one surprised me. Didn’t know the Shiny was available.

Then came Machop community day and the entire family was a new register for me. And the most peculiar thing? My 2 shinies after that were also green!
I had been hoping for a shiny chansey (huh, say this very fast!) for a long time, too. Mr. Mime was a nice surprise, as more often than not I get annoyed when it pops on the map… so many times for me. I’m hunting a 100% chansey, so I don’t mind those at all.

Shiny articuno!
I had an encounter with a galarian articuno over the weekend, but it fled, so I was very glad to see a shiny version pop up this time! I almost didn’t see it on the map… It took me a lot more pokeballs and berries than shiny moltres, too, but it’s here!

Interesting, I don’t have a regular Shiny Moltres, nor do I have Shiny Galarian Zapdos or Shiny Galarian Articuno, and I also do not have a regular Galarian Moltres (but I do have several Galarian Articuno and Zapdos), but this one however I do already have. It’s really good trading material though so still definitely a good way to start off the day!
