Beware of yellow snow, etc.
Don’t eat the yellow snow.
I’ve already got that portfolio only mine don’t pay the same dividends (as often) like yours.
Too busy playing CD to get good screen shots during the event. But these were still on my phone from the past 2 weeks.
The end-of-year CD event brought me dozens of various shinies, mostly the mons featured in the 2023 Community Days. Two yellow ones were my favorites from the weekend:
Shares in Sh!tShiny inc. were booming when I caught this…
…but then took a dive with the shock capture of something semi-decent.
Florida is quite the popular choice for winter holidays. Even for the occasional shiny swine! This sweet prize was perfectly happy to be captured near Tampa…
In all candor, I liked when our prevailing attitude was to celebrate the relative scarcity of shinies, rather than disdaining duplicates. Congrats on another shiny, anyway.
I’m having difficulty attaching the concept of scarcity of shinies to species like charmander, pikachu, eevee and sneasel!
Re: scarcity of shinies – they’re still a far sight scarcer than non-shinies, yes?
Just try to remember,
that some of the shinies you so disdain
others have chased for ages, in vain.
My main and alt have chased shiny sneasel since its debut, and while my main has a total of 3, my alt still has zero.
I currently have 14 shiny sneasel family - including lucky, beatnik, and hisui.
I’ve traded a dozen or more and trashed a similar amount. In all, that’s about 40 shiny sneasel - you try having anything but disdain when another nudie pops up…
If you have been chasing one for any length of time and not got one you must be the unluckiest person in the world - after all they’ve had boosted shiny rates of 1/64 since they were released.
Nice collection there. My Alt has better shiny luck with Legendaries than my Main; but Main is better for wild shinies. Been that way for years.
