So… I got my defense form Deoxys yesterday… Not a good one, but who cares.
I can now relax about EX raids until the last form arrives.
Captured a 13/13/13 —>80% deoxys yesterday. I thought it was the worst of the worst when i appraised it
First Deoxys Ex I’ve done more than 2 of a type.
Only keeping 2 of each and don’t care about about the IV to chase better.
Only keeping 2 of each type. Professor gets the extras.
Got my last defensive deoxy today!
I also keep my three best ones for each type, and I actually don’t know why since none of them are really good, and they can’t be traded. Oh well. And since I’m invited to an Ex raid every single week (I only do raids in Ex raid gyms), I now have quite a good amount of Deoxys candies.
Been quite a few weeks since I’ve done and Ex Raid as all the Ex Eligible Gyms I’ve done recently have not triggered as they are all low traffic ones.
Got a Pass for today’s Speed Forme and caught my usual customary rubbish % IV. One more and I’m done. Then it’s waiting it it out for something useful to be in EX Raids hopefully.
Got lucky with 2 suitable times (Midday on Afternoon Shift week) in the first 3 weeks of the final forme.
Surprise, surprise I have no good ones 
Have an Ex Pass for next week but wont be doing that one and wont be chasing for Ex Gyms now until this lemon is replaced.

I’m pretty much done with Deoxys, and I don’t even know why I keep 3 of each. They’re not even good and non-tradable. And I’m still getting EX raid invites. I’m honestly going to hate when they release them for everyone. Hopefully it’s not gonna be 4 months of Deoxys (1 month for each form).
I hadn’t even given that any thought about releasing to the masses as a T5. Gee I hope not as it will be a very boring point of time in the game.
Upside when they have crap T5’s is I catch a lot more Pokémon and Dust.
The only positive about it for me would be that I could actually focus on levelling up that non-legendary raid medal
