how true this might be, there is more to the Meowth balloons then just Celibi.
I want those balloons just for the shiny chance and double radar fragments. So me personally represent both pictures here:)

Honestly, I mostly chased Meowth Balloons for a Shiny (which finally happened after having defeated over 70 of the balloons…). I also gladly defeat them to speed up in getting Rocket Radars but that’s rather a subreason.

Hoenn in 3D is also called Pokemon OmegaRuby or Pokemon AlphaSapphire… (
