Help Desk - Network Error: How to deal with it. (HELP)

Hi All,
recently i’ve been facing this kind of error every time i tried to battle in gyms even to do a raid,
Worst case is that, at times even when i tap gym on my phone, it keeps buffering few seconds and ‘network error’ pop out came.
Never faced this kind of error and it happens recently, is there anyone out there facing same problem with me.
Kindly share it here with me.

Did you report the issue to Niantic using the “Report Critcal Issue” link?

I’ve reported about it before.
for the beginning, they just give me few steps such to clear cache etc…
i’ve tried that before, but it doesn’t long last.
Maybe something wrong with my own connection i think.
need to check my internet connection.
