Lucky Friends

Good question, @5GL. I’ve never seen an official word about that, and all of the empirical and anecdotal evidence I’ve come across would support the notion that the status lasts until it’s used to make a trade.

I suppose ending a friendship with a lucky friend might end it. But I’m not inclined to try that just to find out.

They do not expire I have had a lucky friend since they first came out and we still have not traded

Is the trade with Lucky Friend needs to be “physically close”?

Yes. You need to be in trade proximity.

Ouch!

So it is useless to become a Lucky Friend from far away countries… :disappointed_relieved::cry:

My first Lucky Friend was from Korea…

and it means my daughter would just be the useful Lucky Friend to be :disappointed_relieved:

My goal is to have 200 Lucky Friends, so that will be something I’ll always be working toward.

You can’t force it. You just gotta let it happen naturally.
