@Mew1 got 4 so I traded gim one.
We did a Mewtwo raid!!!
Lots of shinies, good xp gained, cool mons, great day!
Then we caught Ditto Nut, lots of dittos.
Not good. I pretty much missed all of Community Day because my training ran long at work. I caught a few Chickoritas here and there. I had to stop for fuel on the way home and just happened to pick the right gas station. Caught a shiny there. So I got one. Took the boy for a Mewtwo raid when I got home and we both ended up catching Mewtwo. So it ended well.

Chikorita day here had great weather for walking around. The park where I spent most of my time had a couple of dozen people participating.
I had to dump my bag twice to make room for more, so I lost count; but the final total was 9 shinies in over 150 chikoritas. I evolved both shinies with IV over 60 into meganiums; the rest had awful IVs. And had fun beating 2 mewtwo raids, but both eluded capture with the weather boost. Good event overall, though.
As was the case with the eevee events, the last 2 minutes had more shinies.

Chikorita to me seems like a pokemon that just doesn’t get good IVs. I’ve never seen one with over 80%, that is, it never has the appraisal “Looks like your chikorita can really battle with the best of them.” Still not at community day either. Is it just with me or does chikorita just commonly have lower IVs?
After 5 minutes I already had 3 shinies. The following 1 hour 30 mins i got another 3. I left the event one hour from the end to get some lunch.
