I can still remember being excited by the topic name, thinking it would tell me how to remove a defender from a gym without being beaten by somebody else. 
And I, since I play in New York, at least for one year I had no chance to enter a Gym with my Pokémon.
What is the best strategy for defenders? High CP? High HP? Low Attack?
And how the heck do you find that many gyms with open slots?!!
Blissy is one of the top defenders for gyms.
