Prediction: Rarity of Gen 4 Pokemon spawns (1st stage)

Everywhere: Bidoof, Krickelot, Starly  
Common: Pachirisu, Buizel, Cherubi, Shellos  
Uncommon: Burmy, Combee, Glameow, Stunky  
Rare: Turtwig, Piplup, Buneary, Chatot, Finneon  
Super-rare: Drifloon, Skorupi, Croagunk  
Hyper-rare: Chimchar, Shinx, Bronzor, Hippopotas, Snover  
Ultra-rare: Cranidos, Shieldon, Gible, **Lucario** , Carnivine  
Rarest: Spiritomb  
Special case: Rotom  
(Not counting if there are any regional exclusive Pokemon/ weather boosted effect)

Why would Chimchar be rarer then the other starters?

Another thing I noticed is that a lot of common Pokémon are early in the Pokedex

As for regionals, Shellos is obvious, then maybe Pachirisu to replace Mr. Mime?

I could see chatot being delayed it’s release like Delibird and given the move chatter, it could be released on a community day or something like that

I think Shellos could be weather boosted, becuase of his east and his west form
