What’s your language setting in Pokemon GO? Try in that language.
The two first parts of the string work, but HP doesn’t work in the spanish version,
I’ve tried with Salud and Resistencia, but nothing.

Some do collect those, and there is a thread here for it (although it has gotten less attention for a long time).
I stopped checking after I had saved half a dozen and decided to heavily prioritize USEFUL mons, rather than RARE ones.
Here are the ones I saved. Just for kicks I maxed a Magnezone (to level 40, before max was raised to 50). It has been chosen several times by the game as a recommended attacker in raids, showing that low IV doesn’t render a mon totally useless…)

These have been caught over the last 3 days.
Looking at my 0% collection I only have 2 Pokémon where I have enough for the full family line. One of those I Don’t have the full family of 100’s 
.
