You just put him in as the ultimate troll to your teammates. He’ll go down in one hit
I guess you could give him unique typing that would ignore damage done by whatever isnt super effective against Bug/Ghost, but then again he would be pretty much unkillable when both attacking and defending gyms
The second problem is the evolution, you would just get him almost every single time
Maybe make it so that only Charged moves hurt him?? Shedinja is a very interesting pokemon both lorewise and gamewise.
