Dude, I wouldnt know, pogo is my first ever pokemon game but I read a lot and talk to fellow players who has more knowledge in that department
Why anchor? Alot of times me and another lvl 40 friend dual lvl 4s when a lower lvl player tags along you can burn through 5 smackdown ttar. From a dps standpoint the damage already done. If you look at regirocks attack stat its not no barn burner but its not bad along with a perfectly balanced moveset and excellent defense, why not
