Got my 3rd Box off my friend yesterday getting enough Candy to evolve a Melmetal. Not having anything in the great IV range the choice was pick something ok or hold out for a great one from future Boxes.
Decided to evolve a big CP one and put it to work in my Berry Dump Gym. Evolution done and it was in the Gym within 2hrs.

One more week to get another one for me as it’s unlikely I’ll get the 30 Candy I need from throwing Berries at the one I keep leaving in Gyms.

Next mainline Pokémon game will be on Switch this October or November, so you have until then to get one.

I’m sure the there will be more Pokemon Games added that allow other Gen Pokemon to be transferred to the Switch for another special Pokemon that some will have no chance of getting.
