Rather fed up with this Smeargle business myself… the fact that it sometimes takes so long for it appear (this was shot 37) means it’s not really worth the bother unless you desperately want the Cameraman badge…
Perhaps the introduction of shiny Smeary would give this part of the game the boost it requires…
