I’d say a Unique typing is a typing of A Pokemon ONLY used by it and its evolutionairy relatives. Since nidoking can breed and produce nidoran(F) and nidoran(M) eggs when breeding with nidoran(F) or ditto, i’d say poison/ground is an Unique typing
