It’s all relative to what level your on to a large degree. 5.8mil XP more and I will have done L40 twice.
The leading player on my local Discord was on 120K for that medal last time I saw her post it. She was in the top 20 XP globally at one stage. Not sure if shes still up there.

The number choices don’t go high enough for Pokemon and Stops for me so I just selected the max of 40K

Do we deserve more types of medals? I never really looked at them to achieve them. On the journey it just happened.
We definitely need more rewards for getting Gold Medals.
One badge I want to see would be for visiting unique gyms, I love getting new gym badges and I think it shows how much a player travels
