Took long. Had mossy+incense +starpiece+lucky egg 
it appeared 1 minute before mossy expired.

Imagine that you are going to a park with 500 PokéStops and you only find Rattata’s and Pidgey’s,but you are searching for Gible 
I have seen one Gible in Nearby when I had to took the bus. I have not seen a Cherubi yet.

To me cherubi more rare as you must spend coins or hatch. Gible will just randomly pop up. I have multiple gible, while im done with cherubi not chasing it again…ever.
Even riolu more rare than gible.
