General Chat - "New" Research Breakthroughs, new form of Spinda and new forme of Deoxys

I’m a little shocked that this hasn’t been brought up, but a couple of days ago, Niantic announced what is changing these next two months:

  1. Deoxys is changing formes to Speed Forme starting in EX Raids handed out today or after today.
  2. A new form of Spinda will be found in Field Research and can also be Shiny now.
  3. The Pokemon featured in Field Research Breakthroughs starting July 1st will be Latios, Latias, Groudon and Kyogre. They will be featured from then until September 1st.
