You can get one by taking photo’s of your Pokémon by using Pokémon snapshot.

My Washington Capitals just clinched the division.

Cool. Just dit a mapscan. A new stop and a brand new gym ain’t a bad way to start the day. It is now the second closest gym on the map on max 3 minutes walking. So that that will be a heavy fight with the blue boys the next few days. 
(Hmmm, just realized that I have to go out to “work” a few minutes earlier to be the first ever in that gym.
